Here are some work out tips from that you can do while you’re at your desk at work.

1. Calf raise. Lift your heels off the ground and squeeze at the top for 30 seconds every half hour or hour.

2. Butt clench. Squeeze your butt as hard as you can for 10 seconds on 1 second off.

3. T. Point shoulders back, put hands forward, thumbs out, do 20 every half hour or hour. Great help for better posture.

4. Dip. Hands on desk, butt off. Lower and lift 20 times once every half hour or hour.
